Free bike checks at the Farmer’s Market
Sustrans is a charity encouraging more people to cycle. They have loads of information about cycle routes, events and safety. They also lobby for improvements to cycle routes. There is a Sustrans stall at the Wanstead Farmer’s Market (1st Sun of every month).
A good opportunity to get that bike needing some TLC out of the shed for an expert to have a look at it.
